Wallet Payments
Pay on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected pin codes and products only.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store any of your credit/debit card details on our servers.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.
If your payment was deducted but you didn’t receive order confirmation, please contact our support team with payment proof.
Once a print order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately.
Refunds are only applicable in the case of:
Duplicate payment
Technical error causing failed orders with payment deduction
Non-delivery due to internal issues
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
All orders are inclusive of applicable GST.
You will receive a tax invoice along with your order confirmation via email.
