CANCELLATION POLICY

At Print India, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of successful payment and order placement.

  • After 1 hour, your order is likely to be in production and cannot be modified or cancelled.

⚠️ Custom/Personalized Orders

  • Any orders that include customized or personalized items (e.g., business cards, flyers, t-shirts with your design) cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

  • This is because such items are printed specifically for you and cannot be resold.

💳 Refund on Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the allowed window or involve products already in production.
